I live outside the US, can you ship to my address?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Some exclusions may apply.

What is the shipping cost to my address?

All orders in our store are eligible for FREE shipping. No minimum required!

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order? 

When you place an order we will send you an email confirmation with your order number. If you don't receive it, please be sure to check your spam folder.

Can I make changes after submitting an order?

As soon as you submit an order it is automatically processed. You may contact us if you wish to make a change. However, due to the above, we cannot guarantee your order will be changed.

Please check your address, items in your cart (size/color) before submitting your order.

If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order. Shipping is free to all orders.

What happens when I complete my order?

Normally it takes 1 business day to process an order and 2-3 business days to prepare it for shipping. We work in collaboration with domestic and overseas suppliers. The items will be shipped out from our suppliers.

Can you ship my order to a PO box address?

Yes, we can. PO box address is fine. The delivery will be handled by USPS. However, the delivery to an international P.O. box address (outside the US) may depend on the carrier, please contact our team should you need any questions.

What is the shipping time to a US address?

To speed up the shipping time your order will be sent directly from our supplier.

1 business day - order processed
2-3 business days - order prepared for shipping
7-15 business days - shipping time from the date of dispatch

Sometimes it may take a little longer due to circumstances out of our control. We apologize if you have to wait for your order more than you expected.

Please note that a global pandemic caused by the COVID-19 outbreak may effect the shipping time of your order. Due to logistics delays your order may arrive later than scheduled. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times.

Do you split orders with 2 or more items?

Yes, usually we do. We want you to receive your items as soon as possible. That’s why we may split orders with multiple items into separate shipments.

If you happen to receive one item instead of the entire order, please don’t panic - the rest of your order is on the way to you! We appreciate your patience.

My order arrived damaged; what can I do?

Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of confirmation of delivery. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately.

Can I return the items I bought?

We want to ensure everyone is satisfied with our products. If you don’t like your purchase please contact us for return details. We accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery date. All returned items must be in the original condition, with tags.

Once the return is processed a customer receives an email with a store credit for the amount of the item(s) returned.

Please note customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Can I exchange the items I bought?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size or style you may. The item must be returned in the original condition, with tags.

To make an exchange contact us with the name of the item, size, color you wish to exchange to. All exchanges are subject to availability.
